I refer to File No.XXV/72/85 (which is now given Exhibit No. W70/1) and say that it contains two reports of the SHO, a copy of one the Daily Diary entry, a copy of one FIR, information relating to deployment of force from 31.10.84 to 4.11.84 and the copies of the Daily Diary registers from 31.10.84 till 5.11.84.

The log book (which is now given Exhibit No.W70/2) contains entries made between 29.9.84 and 3.11.84. The log book (which is now given Exhibit No.W70/3) contains entries made between 3.11.84 and 6.12.84.

Cross examination deferred

Read over and found correct.
