Witness No. 165

Name : Surinder Kaur

Age :

Occupation : House Wife

Address : C-93 C, Tilak Vihar, New Delhi.

On SA

I had earlier filed an affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry. A photocopy thereof is shown to me and it bears my signature and the contents thereof are correct. I am also filing a statement today explaining my previous affidavit. It also contains some additional facts.

[The statement is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A' and is to be treated as part of the examination – in – chief of this witness].

Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Senior Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

The Police had not recorded my statement. I had given statement in Tis Hazari Court. I had gone to that court as I was issued summons to appear before that Court. I had appeared as a witness in the Court. I had mentioned the names of the accused. All the persons whom I had named were tried by the Court.

No cross examination by Ashok Kashyap, Advocate on behalf of Central Government

Read over and found correct.
