In October – November, 1984 Baljeet Singh was the SHO of the Police Station Hauz Qazi. I am shown one file (which is given Exhibit No.W81/1) it contains report of the then SHO to the Principal of the Police Training School. It contains information regarding deployment, copies of the FIR 566, 567, 568 of 84, Daily Diary entries and other relevant papers.

I am shown two log books. They are of the Hauz Qazi Police Station for the period 1.10.84 to 3.11.84 (which is now given Exhibit No.W81/2). and 3.11.84 to 15.11.84 (which is now given Exhibit No. W81/3). I am shown one file (which is given Exhibit No.W81/4), it is the police file with respect to FIR No.566.

I am producing my replies to questions submitted to me by the learned counsel H.S. Phoolka for the November '84 Carnage Justice Committee (It is taken on record and treated as part of the evidence). I am producing the copy of the map (which is now taken on record and given exhibit No.W81/5) showing the limits and jurisdiction of the Hauz Qazi Police Station.
