I had not filed any affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry. Police had not recorded my statement but only the boys who had come to the camp had recorded my statement. I had gone to Kakardooma Courts for giving evidence. I had gone to the court after receiving the summons from that court.

I had given the evidence in respect to all the incidents referred to by me in the affidavit. The persons who were named in the affidavit were accused in the case. They were present in the court. I had identified all the accused. Mr Satpal Singh is my elder brother. His evidence was also recorded. He was also summoned by the court as a witness.

No Cross examination by K.K. Sud, ASG on behalf of Central Government

Read over and found correct.
