Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

I had not filed any affidavit earlier nor I had made any complaint or informed anyone that I had seen the incidence which I have referred to in my affidavit. I new Ms Harbans Kaur. I do not know the name of the wife of Ranjit Singh. I know the name of the father of Ranjit Singh was Attar Singh. The police had not come at any time during those incidents.

I do not know if the police had come their on 2nd October, 1984 and recorded the statements of Harbans Kaur, d/o Ranjit Singh; Ms Gurcharan Kaur, wife of Rajnit Singh; Harvans Kaur, w/o Attar Singh. I do not know if the police had thereafter arrested anyone. It is incorrect to suggest that I am deposing falsely before this Commission.
