Manasarovar Park Police Station was brought into existence on 1.7.88. The area within its jurisdiction was formerly parts of Shadhara and Nandnagari Police Stations. In all five cases were registered at the Police Station between 1991 and 1996 on the basis of affidavits filed before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry and Jain and Banerjee Committee.

Their numbers are 60/91, 112/91, 136/91, 320/96 and 321/96. File (which is now given exhibit No.W94/1) it consists of the case files of all the said FIRs. I am tendering my replies to the questionnaire (which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A').

Read over and found correct.
