Nandnagari Police Station was setup on 31.12.1985. The area in its jurisdiction was formerly a part of Seemapuri Police Station. In all 23 FIRs were registered at the Police Station between 1987 to 1997 on the basis of affidavits filed before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry and some complaints received directly. Their numbers are 57/87, 250 to 254/90, 44 to 49 of 91, 67-68 of 91, 147 of 91, 182-183 of 91, 227 of 91, 122 and 427 of 92, 66 and 151 of 93, 609 of 97. I have brought the photocopies of the those FIRs and I am producing the same (which are now given exhibit No.W95/1 collectively). I am shown file (which is now given exhibit No.W95/2) is the case file of FIR No.68/91.

I am shown file (which is now given exhibit No.W95/3) is the case file of FIR No.183/91. I am shown file (which is now given exhibit No.W95/4) is the case file of FIR No.47/91. Duty Register of Police post Nandnagari (which is now given exhibit No.W95/5) is for the period 7.8.84 to 22.11.84. Daily Diary register (which is now given exhibit No.W95/6) is for the period 16.10.84 to 15.11.84. At present the case files relating to these cases are in the Riot Cell.
