I am at present posted as SHO, Kamala Market Police Station. I am shown two log books they are of Kamala Market Police Station for the period from 10.10.84 to 31.10.84 (which are now given exhibit No.W77/1) and from 31.10.84 to 15.11.84 (which are now given exhibit No. W77/2).

I am shown one map (which is now given exhibit No.W77/3) it shows the present jurisdiction of the Police Station Kamala Market. I am shown a file (which is now given exhibit No.77/4). It contains a report made by the then SHO to ACP, Kamala Market. The file also contains other relevant documents including Rojnamcha and details regarding deployment of force.

I am shown one more file (which is now given exhibit No.W77/5). It contains the report made by ACP to the Principal Police Training School regarding the incidents in the area of the Sub-division Kamala Market. It also contains some extracts from the log book of ACP in respect of his vehicle.
