Name : Mrs Cham Kaur

I had filed an affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry. I was shown the photocopy of the affidavit. I say that the signature thereon is mine. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.41/1.

Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

My statement was recorded by the police after few days of the incident referred to in my affidavit. I was not called as witness in respect of the case for any evidence. I do not know any Tara. I also do not know any Dr Ashok. I also do not know any Kamal and Dina. I had told the person who has prepared the affidavit about the killing of my husband but I had not given the names of the persons in the mob.
