I had earlier filed an affidavit before the Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission. I am shown a copy of the affidavit. I say that it is correct copy of the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit No.W29/1. In addition to what I have stated in my affidavit one more person namely Mahinder Singh was also murdered by the mob.

Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

My brothers name is Gurcharan Singh. I had no brother by the name of Darshan Singh. I do not know if any offence was registered by the police station in respect of my brother and other relatives. My statement was not recorded by the police. I have received summons from the Kakardooma Courts.

There I had given my evidence as witness to the incident. I do not remember if I was called by the police in 1984. I had told the police that my brother's name is Gurcharan Singh and not Darshan Singh. I say that my brother was killed by the mob and his name is Gurcharan Singh.

No Cross examination by K.K. Sud, ASG on behalf of Central Government
