Witness No. 34

Name : Ajit Singh

Age : 62 Years

Occupation : Business

Address : B-59D, Tilak Vihar, New Delhi

On SA

I had filed an affidavit before Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission of Inquiry. I have seen the original affidavit and it is the same. I also filed one affidavit dated 24th August, 2000 before this Commission.

The original affidavit is shown to me and it bears my signature. The affidavit is taken on record and taken marked as Exhibit No.34/1 and 34/2. In that affidavit I have stated whatever I have to say and nothing more to say.

Cross examination by S.S. Gandhi, Sr. Advocate on behalf of Delhi Police

With regard to the incident mentioned in my affidavit a police report was filed by me on 3rd / 4th November, 1984. On 2nd November, 1984, I was at my place in Trilokpuri. No higher police officer had come to Trilokpuri on 2nd November, 1984.

I do not know if the higher police had visited the Trilokpuri area and had enquired about what had happened. I do not know if any case was registered against these police officers and they were arrested.

No Cross examination by K.K. Sud, ASG on behalf of Central Government

Read over and found correct.
